ホテルを博多駅至近に取っていたので、こちらへ伺うには、少し距離があったのですが、雨もほぼ止み、煮魚専門店という、他ではなかなか無さそうな設定が気になり伺うことに。
駅から20分程で到着。
入店し、カウンター席へ。
メニューを拝見すると、メインの煮魚を選び、それからセットの形を決め、セット内容を選ぶ様です。
鯖の醤油と味噌煮のセットを選択。
茄子の揚げたしを追加注文。
10分ほどで提供。
醤油、味噌ともに程良い甘さの万人ウケする良いお味。
味噌汁も出汁が効いてとても…。
普段は御飯をお代わりすることは、一切無いのですが、久し振りに御飯のお代わり頂きました。
煮魚に特化しているだけのことはあるかと…。
大変美味しく頂けました。
