本日はこちらを訪問しました
博多駅徒歩3分に位置するこちらは魚にこだわり持ったお店でした
イカが食べたくて予約したけどこの日はあいにくの品切れ中、そのかわりに穴子の刺身を頂きました
生簀を構えている店なだけあって捌きたての穴子は食感良く甘さを感じる事が出来ます、美味しいです！
他には鳥の唐揚げをパクリ、これまた美味しい！衣は薄くサクサクに揚がった唐揚げです
そしてここのお店の特徴ですがお通しが糸島豚の鍋です！
斬新ですし出汁が美味しいのでお楽しみ下さい
