さて、博多のグルメ旅。本来の目的は違うけどグルメ旅。
都ホテルの海鮮のお店は当日満員…？予約？で一杯…。前日までは予約空いてたのに…。ってことで探して、こちらへ。
ビル自体が海鮮のお店。2階？には、鰻もあるそうで。
さて、一階には水槽があり魚が泳いでる。イカもありそうだ。数年前の博多ではしけてて？呼子のイカが無かった。今日はありそうで、良かった。
で、一階に案内する人が居て、どこで食べますか？予約してますか？と、聞かれて予約無しだけど大丈夫とのこと。
さて、エレベーターでしょう上に上がり、個室に案内。全部個室かな？
頼んだのはサラダとゴマサバ、呼子のイカ。写真には出てないけど、既に席には鍋がコンロと共にセットされており、なぜかお通しが鍋、豚シャブ。
呼子のイカはうまいなー。残りの部分を後で調理代金を払って天ぷらにしてもらう。もちろん旨い。味変ですな。
ゴマサバは、炙りと生のハーフ&ハーフ。
美味しいけど…身が薄い。食べごたえが無い…。
個室なのでコロナは心配ないかな。
