Last time (3,000 yen course), we liked it because it was very delicious and cost-effective, so this is our second visit as a couple, following last month! (lol) This time I asked for a budget of 5,000 yen including one drink. *This restaurant requires reservations, so if you don't make a reservation the day before, you won't be able to enjoy the delicious food (lol) ▪️Seared octopus salad with seaweed and shredded kelp soaked in sesame oil Lightly grilled octopus on top of a fragrant salad. It's really delicious~ I love the seasoning of the general here. ▪️Bigfin squid with liver soy sauce Add liver soy sauce to the dashi jelly and top with yuzu pepper and sea urchin. This tastes like an appetizer for sake too~ ^_^ ▪️Ara (Kue) with kelp The ara is seasoned with kelp for 2 to 3 hours to give it flavor and aroma, and it's chewy and delicious~ ▪️With bluefin tuna medium fatty tuna Grilled mackerel Not to mention the medium-fatty meat, the grilled mackerel has a strong aroma and flavor that makes you think it's bonito!? ️ After all, winter fish has a lot of fat, so if you sear it a little, it becomes more flavorful~ ^_^ ▪️Fried shrimp and abalone The shrimp were not overcooked, and the shrimp were tender. The abalone is fluffy. The dashi soup has the scent of yuzu, which is also delicious (lol) ▪️Sautéed scallops in butter Scallops and shiitake mushrooms are lightly sautéed in butter on top of enoki mushrooms cut into small pieces, sprinkled with cod roe, and sautéed. I tend to use a lot of butter, but it's much more flavorful and delicious if you just use it for flavoring! ️ ▪️Shoulder loin with black vinegar The image is Chinese sweet and sour pork. The taste is elegant with the accent of shredded Japanese ginger (lol) ▪️Zabuton Steak...I'm missing the photo (cry) Steak served with two flavors: grated ponzu sauce and wasabi. The gravy of the soft red meat is juicy, and it's delicious no matter how you eat it. ▪️Mackerel Sushi and ara soup Mackerel Sushi is made with vinegared rice itself and various toppings. And the soup stock from the ara comes out well and is delicious! ️ Ah~ I feel so happy when my stomach is filled with delicious food ^_^ Last time, there were a few items with strong flavors in Bimyo, but this time they were all perfect! ! (lol) For the dashi stock that is the base of various dishes, yuzu, myoga, yuzu pepper, and liver soy sauce are used as secret ingredients in the right places, and I enjoyed the variety of flavors! ! "Ore no Kappo Hakata" closed in August last year, and I was looking for a Japanese-style meal with good value for money, and I finally found a replacement! ! This is a restaurant that my husband and I both say, ``I want to come here every day!'' ! By the way, one of the staff members looks a lot like Hitomi Takahashi! One of our regular customers is Momoko Kikuchi, so it's a fun restaurant in many ways (lol).
First visit to Hakata Station South "Wasousou Kabuto" with 3000 yen course
My first visit to the restaurant was the usual course. Today's chef's choice course is 3000 yen. The inside of the store is all kotatsu-style with a counter and seating for four people. The atmosphere is relaxing.・Abalone and rape blossoms dressed with ponzu sauce (so satisfying with so much steamed abalone!) ・Potato salad for adults (caviar, salmon roe, and crab on top of the potato salad~‼️) ・Assorted sashimi (aged flounder with kelp, grilled soda bonito, and ground beef) Octopus. It takes a little effort and is delicious!) ・Red sea bream and mushrooms boiled in jibu ・Deep fried scallops and rape blossoms ・Taro manju (maybe it's better to imagine it as crab cream Croquette with bean paste using taro⁉️?) ・Wagyu beef cheek meat Boiled in red wine Surprisingly delicious! For this price, all the dishes are delicious~^_^ If you don't drink alcohol, I think the taste is a little too strong for me. (It's only a little), but it's just perfect while drinking alcohol! I found a good quality shop (lol) I will be a repeat customer.

A friend of mine was coming from Kansai on a business trip, so I made a reservation and came to the store. Tonight's [b: ``5,000 yen cooking course''] is a pre-order. It's conveniently located right next to Yodobashi Camera at Hakata Station's Chikushi Exit (Shinkansen side)! All the seats are not tatami mats, but kotatsu-style, so your feet won't be sore (lol).So, what's the food for tonight? ? [b:▪️Appetizer] Asparagus, firefly squid, turnips, peeled mini tomatoes (red and yellow), and rape blossoms are colorfully arranged and eaten with dashi jelly. Each ingredient is carefully seasoned and carefully crafted. [b:▪️Sesame mackerel] The sesame mackerel I went to ``Ono no Hanate'' the other day smelled a bit, but it didn't smell at all and had a great taste!
