平日の11:30に予約して、２名で行きました。
頼んでいたのは、かなり奮発の串揚げランチコース3,300円(税込)。
案内されたテーブル席には、ソース類と生野菜がセットされていました。
コースの内容は、ネットから引用すると、
・お野菜盛り合わせ
・前菜二品
・おまかせ串揚げ四種
・料理長オススメ串揚げ四種
・ちりめんご飯と香の物、味噌汁
・本日の甘味
と、なんとなく素っ気ない感じですが・・・。
すぐに前菜２品が出てきて、コースの始まりです。
串揚げは、１度に２品づつ。食べるペースに合わせて供されます。
このあたり、名店の所以か。
最初に、和牛と天使の海老(という説明でした)、どちらも、とても美味しく
次の串への期待も高まります。
天使の海老をネットで調べて見ると、ニューカレドニアの名産で世界最高
品質と言われているそうです。
その後、次々と串揚げが運ばれてきて、ちりめんご飯に移る頃には、お腹
いっぱいになっていました。
どの串も厳選された素材を工夫してあり、美味しかったのですが、特に気に
入ったのは、太めのアスパラガス・最後に出てきたメンチカツ。
デザートは、もうお腹に入らない、と思っていましたが、完食してしまいました。
油と揚げ方が良いのでしょう、まったく胃にもたれませんでした。
店内に入って食べ終わるまでちょうど１時間くらい、満足してお店を後に
しました。
