中年にも優しい創作系の串揚げ
JR九州ホールでの落語会に行ったついでに、初訪問。
事前に食べログで席のみ予約しておきました。
予約時間の少し前に入店しましたが、ほぼ満席の状態でしたので、予約した方がいいと思います。
カウンターに着席して、お任せと飲み放題を注文。タレと生野菜は事前にセットされており、実質の突き出しらしいです。
目の前で揚げられる串揚げ達ですが、一手間加えた料理ばかりで、油っこさは微塵も感じません。提供される際に、オススメのタレを指定されますが、なるほどという仕上がりが多い。
で、メニューにはかなりの種類が掲載されてますが、伝票にある通り20種類で完走。これだけ食べても、モタレないのが凄いと思います。ちなみに、写真撮るのが面倒だったので、半分くらいしか撮ってません(笑)
滞在時間約１時間半。生ビール3杯、赤ワイン4杯で１万円弱。串揚げが１本300円計算で、少し高いかなとは思いますが、博多駅のくうてんであれば仕方ないかな・・・。
スタッフの皆さんの対応も良く、ボッチのオッサンでも十分楽しめました。

今回も落語会の帰りにお邪魔しました。
事前に食べログで予約して行きましたが、この日も実質満席のようでしたので、予約必須です。
カウンターに着席し、今回も串揚げのお任せと飲み放題を注文します。
大阪の串揚げとは違い、一手間かけてるものがほとんどですが、油っこさを感じないため、中年のおっさんでも、胃にもたれません。
お任せだと、合計本数は毎回違うようですが、この日は24本で完走。
目の前で揚げてた店長とおぼしき方が、多数の串を揚げながら、沢山いるスタッフさんに的確な指示を出しており、『お主。やるな』という感じで、ドリンクの注文なんかも、的確に捌いて下さいました。なお、写真は半分くらいしか撮ってません。
