This day will be my last business trip to Yamaguchi and Fukuoka with my current company.After an appointment in Shimonoseki in the morning, I will head to Hakata.For lunch, I will go to a place where I can't take much time to relax.It tends to be crowded at lunchtime in urban areas. However, Hakata was in exactly the same situation. There was a line in front of the Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) shop I went to before...But I was able to get into this shop. I ordered the 5-Fried Skewers gozen (1,320 yen). Luckily, I was able to get in. I was able to find a restaurant, but the food came out relatively quickly, despite my worries about the time.It looked very delicious.The sauce, rock salt, and ponzu sauce were nice.The salad was refreshing and nice. Overall, it's well put together. However...the portions are small. Well, I'm grateful that I was able to eat a proper set meal, but I wish I had had a set meal with more skewers. .
