Served with large giblets, cabbage, burdock, chives, tofu, and the popular tangy homemade yuzu gosho of your choice, it's so delicious that you'll drink every last drop of the soup. That's it. You can choose from three flavors of our specially selected Wagyu Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot): miso, the most popular, light soy sauce, and spicy miso, the new standard for Hakata Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) that was created after two years of research.

Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is made from scratch after receiving an order from a customer. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes for Ichitaka's Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) to be prepared after you place your order. That's because it is carefully made by following the steps of ``Dashi -> Vegetables -> Offal -> Miso''. All of our homemade miso is handmade, giving it a deep richness. The grated garlic from Aomori Prefecture, which goes well with this miso, creates the aroma of miso Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)... Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is made with love, one pot at a time, and is an exquisite dish.
