今日のランチは、違うお店を目指してましたが…
コチラがランチ営業をしてたのでフラッと訪問！
もつ鍋定食を発見し、もつ鍋に心変わりです！笑
店内は、名前の通り全室個室になっていました！
2人席があり、お一人様も罪悪感は無いです…笑
間接証明等で少し薄暗く、落ち着いた雰囲気に。
それでは…入り口で気になったコレを注文です！
◾️もつ鍋定食(1,180円)
もつ鍋にサラダ、味噌汁、日替り小鉢3点盛付！
まずはサラダ、小鉢(南蛮漬、白和え、玉子焼)を
食べつつ…小鉢３種類は個人的に嬉しいところ！
待つこと10分程で、小ぶりな鉄鍋とロウが到着！
ちゃんとお一人様サイズで温めつつ食べられる！
既に完成してるので、早速鍋をいただきます…！
非常にあっさりな醤油ベースで、少し甘さがあり
出汁が効いてる…モツ鍋にしては優しめな印象？
具材は、脂身プリプリなモツ、キャベツ、ニラ、
ごぼう、豆腐と王道でスタンダードな布陣です！
モツも意外としっかり入っていて美味しかった…
結構ボリュームも多く…〆にはちゃんぽん付き！
完食後に煮込むとモチモチ食感でこれまた旨し！
さらには付いてるご飯をスープに投入し〆雑炊…
あっさりなので、これだけ食べてもくどくない！
(これがこってり味噌だったら、無理だったかも)
お昼仕様からか、ニンニクがガツンと来ないのは
少し寂しいところ…夜はまた少し違うのかな…？
