正直もつはどちらかというと苦手な私(^^;)
ですがこちらのもつは感激の美味しさでした！！
連休最終日、水炊きを求めて博多祇園近辺を歩いていましたが、お目当てのお店がどこも一杯で。
店構えの雰囲気と良い香りに惹かれて何故か苦手なのにも拘わらずこちらのもつ鍋屋さんに行きたくなり♪
予約していなかったのですが、次の予約が入っている迄の1時間半の時間でしたらと快く案内していただけたのも嬉しかったです。
お願いしたのは
・徳手羽
・上ミノ唐揚げ
・和牛もつ鍋味噌
・追加でもつ
・追加で〆のちゃんぽん麺
・生ビール＆日本酒
まず最初に生ビールとお通しをいただきましたが、ビールもお通しもとっても美味しい～
（お通しは食べてみたかったごまかんぱちで嬉しかったです）
この時点で、こちらにお伺いして良かった！って思ったのですが♪
次の手羽先唐揚げ＆ミノ唐揚げをいただいて確信(*´∀｀)
絶対もつ鍋も美味しいだろうと♪
もう手羽先は身がギッシリジューシー、ミノは初めて食べましたが噛めば噛むほど美味しくて。
そしてほどなくもつ鍋、見るからに美しいです～！
スープは味噌で大正解、濃厚クリーミーで色々なお出汁が出て堪らない美味しさ
ニラはシャキシャキ新鮮、臭みや癖などなくて驚きです！
他の野菜もスープを吸って甘くて美味しくて。
そしてもつは何この美味しいの！！って感じでまた驚き♪
甘味たっぷり一切臭みなくてこんな美味しいのは初めて
今まで食べたことのあるもつは何だったんだろう笑
思わずもつのお代わりを( ´艸｀)
そして〆はちゃんぽん麺、間違いないですよ～！！
こちらのもつ鍋いただきにまた博多来たいくらい美味しかったです♪
美味しいもつってこんなに美味しいんだと発見できたことにも感謝ですね(*´∀｀)
