今回は福岡市博多区博多駅中央街1-1 JR博多シティ 10Fにあります。
バリトンさんへ。
lunch利用です。
丁度お昼時、人通りも徐々に多くなってますね(^^♪
お邪魔したのは、10月1日にオープンしたお店。 韓国料理ですね。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席で一部はガラスも扉も開くので開放的。 今まではなんてお店？だったかなーｗ
中央には大きな鉄板！！ おー！！ 目の前で焼いてくれるのはライブ感あってテンション上がりますねｗ
ランチのメニューは8種類から構成されていて、
王道のビビンバやプルコギ、スンデゥブ、チーズダッカルビ、チーズチヂミトンペイ、ヤンニョムデジカルビ、クンパ
等、専門性に沿ったまさに韓国食堂メニューです。
注文は博多ヤンニョムデジカルビーランチ 1430円（税込み）
キムチ、パンチャンはお替り自由です。※パンチャン⇒おかずの事。
最初にて6種類の前菜的な物。これがパンチャンかな。キムチやナムル的な物。説明などは無かったので詳細は不明。
キムチは普段口にする物より本格的で美味しかったですね。
それに、わかめスープと白ご飯。ステンレスの容器に入ってるので異国感を感じますよね(^-^)
デジカルビは豚カルビの意味ですね。
鉄板でジュージューと焼かれいい音がします、中には玉ねぎ等と絡められたカルビにヤンニョムソースが甘辛で
すすみますね。 白ご飯のワンバウンドは必須でしょうｗ
豚カルビも食感がいい！！ テーブルにはコチュジャンソースも有るので味変で楽しめます('ω')
夜のメニューもキンパやチーズタッカルビ冷麺やスンデゥブ等も豊富に揃うのでいいですね。
夜はマッコリ飲んで楽しめそうｗ ごちそうさまでした。
