今回の博多でもつ鍋は必ず食べたいものの一つだったので、ホテルから比較的近かったこちらのお店にうかがいました。
味は抜群でした。
ボリュームがあるもつ鍋の他にもサラダやゴマカンパチ、餃子、選べる〆、シャーベットまでついていてお腹も心も大満足でした。
料理を運んでくださるタイミングも良く、お店の雰囲気も清潔感があってスッキリしていて、とても心地良い時間を過ごすことができました。
飲み放題のドリンクは１杯目サーブしてくださいます。２杯目からはセルフです。面倒臭いという口コミがあり私も最初はどんなだろう？上手く作れるかな？などと思っていたのですが、かなり種類があって量も調整できますし、私は逆に自分で作るのが楽しかったです。
今よりお客様が押しかけたら予約しにくくなる可能性があるから教えたくない、という気持ちにさせてくれたお店でした。
オーナーは明るくて真っ直ぐな感じがする、かなり気が利く方でした。博多最後の夜だったので記念に帰り際一緒に写真を撮ってもらいました。承諾くださったので載せます。
また必ず行きたいです。
