今回はもつ鍋が食べたいというお友達と博多で検索して美味しそうだと思ったのでいってみました
キャナル近くで路地裏にあります。
店内はテーブル席。
お得な飲み放題コースにしたかったのですが友達はノンアルなので今回はやめました。
お目当てはもつ鍋
和牛もつを使っているらしく美味しそうです。
味は3種類、醤油、味噌、辛味噌。
オススメを聞いたら「味噌」との事でそちらを注文。
他に烏賊の活き造り。
入ってすぐに生簀があったのでオススメかな？と思い注文しました。
あと、和牛たたき、鉄なべ餃子。

透明の烏賊が美味しそうです。
思ったより小さかったけど烏賊が不漁ということはよく聞くので仕方ないですよね。
さて、プリっとしたいか。
甘さもあり美味しい。
あと作りが出来るらしく、塩焼きか天ぷらか選べたので天ぷらでお願いしました。
和牛のたたきはサシがはいった和牛。
味付けはされているらしいので、そのまま、玉ねぎを巻いていただく。
さっぱり食べやすく美味しかった。
さて、もつ鍋をセッティングしていただきます。
もつが大きい！
さすがもつ鍋がオススメのお店。
珍しいのはキクラゲがたっぷり入ってること。
「3分くらいでできあがります。」
という事で素人でも安心して食べられますね。
出来上がったもつ鍋をわけつついただきます。
もつがプリップリ！
臭みもなく美味しい！
味噌味はマイルドでしつこくなく美味しい。
キクラゲがシャキッとした食感が美味しくて追加するほど。
もつも追加できるようですが、鉄なべ餃子が来たのでとりあえず、餃子をいただく。
大きめの鉄なべでアツアツのいい音をしながら登場。
餃子の餡がジューシーで美味しい。パリッとした、皮もいい感じ。
さて、もつ鍋のシメ。
ちゃんぽん麺とちぢれ麺が選べるらしいので両方お願いしました。
1人前だいたい100ｇらしいので2人前で。
まず、ちゃんぽん
もっちり太麺なのでしっかり煮込んだらもつ鍋の味がしみておいしい。
私はちぢれ麺の方が好きで麺が美味しい！
後造りの烏賊の天ぷらがきて、フワフワさくっと衣がおいしい。
天ぷらも食べつつ結構満足！
美味しかったです！
