I had it at Yanagawa-ya in Hakata without having to go all the way to Yanagawa. It's my first time steaming steamed rice in a bamboo steamer (*´꒳`*) Before the main course, I quenched my thirst with a light beer and ate the liver skewers with salt. It had just the right amount of bitterness.Next, I had the Umaki, which was delicious as the sauce and sweet tamagoyaki matched well. It was a good choice as it had a contrasting taste to the liver skewers! Now, the main dish, steamed steamed rice, is piping hot, fluffy, and delicious. The flavor of the sauce soaked into each grain of rice, and it was delicious from start to finish. Thank you for the meal. I'm sorry to bother you again m(__)m
