金曜日の夜に、博多駅前で宴会をしようと思いましたが、どこも満席で空いていませんでした。途方に暮れていると、幸いこちらのお店が開いていました。他店の楽天地には行ったことがあるのですが、こちらは初めてです。しかし、相変わらずのデカ盛りで嬉しかったです。味も、庶民好みの味で最高でした。バイトさんが少なくて、大変そうでした。Find out more

[Rakutenchi], which has been in Fukuoka for over 40 years, has its signature menu item, the proud motsu nabe, which is simmered in a soy sauce-based Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) made by the proprietress. Offal so fresh you can even eat it half-raw, and carefully selected vegetables such as cabbage and chives all packed into one pot. This is a long-established store that is also known as the birthplace of `` Champon'' a classic end dish. Champon noodles are exquisite, allowing you to enjoy every last bit of umami! Experience the feeling of fullness and satisfaction that you can't easily experience at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).

Our Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) uses six types of offal carefully selected by our chef, mainly Wagyu beef. We deliver the produce directly to our company while it is still fresh, and serve it as a hot pot prepared on the same day. The offal has been carefully prepared to reduce its characteristic odor, so it is recommended for first-timers. I purposely cut it into smaller pieces so that it doesn't become hard due to overcooking. Please fully enjoy the taste that can only be created at a restaurant specializing in Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot).

The store is constantly ventilated in two directions, and staff and customers are required to check their temperature (37.5℃). In addition, we have taken every possible measure to prevent infections, such as disinfecting our hands and fingers upon entering the store, disinfecting store supplies and common areas, and providing each customer with a ladle for serving Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). We use "hypochlorous acid water," which is said to be 180 times more effective than regular alcohol disinfection.
