弟に激推しされた本店の方は空いていなかったので、こちらのお店に来てみました。
7年ぐらい毎年福岡に来る弟が絶対寄るお店って事で行ってみましたが、本当に美味しかったです。
お出汁を選べて、思ったよりもあっさりで、お通しで出てきたキャベツ置いといて入れればよかったと思うぐらいお野菜の相性バツグンです。
あんまり脂が得意では無いんですが、ここのもつはプリっとしていて、食べやすいです。
ビックリしたのが酢もつ！！
どんなのがくるのか分からず、店員さんにあれこれ聞いてしまったんですが、とりあえず1皿。
いや、これ人数分でもいいぐらいでした。
あっさりした豚しゃぶのような感じにポン酢をかけていただいているような。
テイクアウトしたいぐらいでした。
何よりイカです！
新鮮なイカはコリコリしていて、お刺身はもちろん、その後焼いてくださったイカがまたなんとも、、、。
店員さんも明るくて観光のおすすめとか色々教えてくださいます！
