福岡県福岡市博多区博多駅東。
京都から友人が来るって言うんで九州の料理を味わえるこちらのお店を予約。本店は訪店した時に他県から来るならここだなって思っていた。
もつ鍋は白味噌と塩の2種の味。鮮魚のごまさばや呼子のやりいかなども人気。九州各県の料理にも力を入れていて博多明太子・がめ煮・中津からあげ・からしれんこん・とり天・呼子いかしゅうまい・雲仙ハムの厚切りハムカツ・茶美豚ステーキ・博水さんのさつまあげ・チキン南蛮・馬刺しなどが食べられる。アルコールやソフトドリンクも豊富。さらには単品飲み放題もあって超お得。
今回は塩もつ鍋や中津唐揚げや呼子やりいか活造りやごまさばや博多明太子をオーダー。ドリンクは瓶ビールやプレーンサワー。
塩もつ鍋。一番出汁と五島の粗塩。あっさりとしているが青唐辛子の辛味やキャベツ・ニラなど野菜の甘味・もつの旨味が複雑に絡み合っている。ぷりぷりのもつがガチで美味い。
呼子やりいか活造り。地元民だとあまり頼まない呼子のイカ。半身をオーダーすると相方を注文してくれるお客さんをさがしてくれる。まずは生き造り。刺身を存分に楽しんで。最後は塩焼きか天ぷらにしてくれる。今回は天ぷらを友人がチョイス。
呼子やりいか天ぷら。超サクサクの衣。そしてコリコリのやりいか。これはかなり美味い。いや、やば美味い。友人が頼まなければ出会わなかった味。
中津唐揚げ。サクサクではなくガリガリタイプの唐揚げ。オーソドックスな中津唐揚げ。
新店も本店と変わらない味と接客。やはり間違いないお店。
