東京・広尾の「レストランひらまつ」が、東京周辺以外に出店した初めての本格フレンチが当店。
開店は、99年の3月。
それから約1年半が経った2000年11月に、東京から博多まで同行した海外からの賓客...
広尾のヒラマツと比較すると…な印象。福岡だから仕方ないかと納得させました。
確かにおいしいです。
ただし、高いのでおいしいのは当然、という程度。
同じ金額ならほかにもおいしいレストランはたくさんあるという印象でした。
可もなく不可もなく。
料理はもちろんの事だが、至れり尽くせりの「ひらまつ」だけのサービスを感じさせてくれる。
素晴らしいワインと食事を堪能した後は、別室にてシガーも楽しましていただいた。
日曜日のランチに10,000円のコースを予約して訪問。
座席はソファー席でかなりゆったりと座れる。
接客は落ち着いていて非常にオーソドックスで心地良い。
日曜日の昼で先客は7割程度の混み具合だっ...
