I had lunch there at a company women's social gathering. This is my first time here since I moved to the second floor of Riverain. Financier and Sandwiches style. The financier has a miso flavor or is mildly sweet, with a light anise scent. The lightly smoked mackerel Sandwiches style is light enough for even someone like me who doesn't like raw mackerel to enjoy it. Personally, I don't like the combination of fromage and mackerel, but it was delicious. Anno sweet potato soup. This may be the first time I've had a soup with such a sweet potato scent. The sweetness and aroma of Anno sweet potatoes is so sweet that you'll have the illusion that you're eating them as is. The aroma of grilled amberjack, fennel puree, and sauce champagne. The rare grilled amberjack has a nice aroma and the salty karasumi accent, and I love the champagne sauce. I don't like slightly raw fish, so I'm happy with the surface grilling. The meuniere (Is that right?) flounder wrapped in almond flour and the whipped sauce are delicious, especially the grilled fruit tomatoes! The chicken breast is cooked at a low temperature and is moist, and the mushrooms and vegetables that come with it are rich and filling. I love mushrooms (lol) Served with raw chocolate ice cream and kumquat compote. Canelé, yuzu macarons, and cookies. Actually, I had always thought that canelés and macarons were from any famous restaurant (well, maybe something like this), but for the first time, I thought, ``They're delicious!'' ←I'm not really good at sweets. Everything was delicious, but I had no impressions about the coffee.
