こちら、百名店巡りにて、食べログネット予約にてお伺いしております。中に入ると席は82、博多で人気のフレンチのお店です。
こちらでは、平日限定ランチ「MENU PLAISIR」のコースを予約。途中オススメ頂いたチーズを追加オーダーしており、さらに、スパークリングワインと赤ワインを頼んでおります。メインの「鹿児島県産茶美豚ロース肉のロティ」は、写真を撮り忘れてしまいました。。。
その注文のコース、どのお料理も繊細で高いクオリティ。特に皮が香ばしく仕上がっている「桜鯛のポワレ」、ポテトチップ状のジャガイモ食感が合わさって、ソースも素晴らしく、大変美味しかったです。さらに、デザートの「日向夏とショコラモンブランのオペラ」。薄切り日向夏が何枚も入っていて、ホワイトチョコのパリパリ食感に不思議と良く合います。美味しいです！写真を撮り忘れたメインのお肉も、やわらかく繊細なお肉でした！
