博多で海鮮といえば『せいもん払い』
中洲川端商店街、櫛田神社の直ぐ手前の立地。
10日ほど前に予約電話め既に満席とのこと。
予約は18:30までの時間しか出来ないため、その後は空きが有れば入店可能。
当日20:30過ぎに電話にと入れるか確認したところ10分後であれば可能とのことにて訪問、しかも個室にて運が良かった。
博多勤務時代に地元の方々から口を揃って、博多で海鮮といえば『せいもん払い』と言われており、かなりお世話になったお店である。
この日は2軒目であったため、イカとカワハギを注文する。残念ながらノドクロは売り切れであった。
博多で食すイカは透き通っていて関東では味わうことが出来ない鮮度と甘さがある。
カワハギね刺身も美味。何よりもカワハギの肝は時期的にも絶品の味わいであった。
次の時間の関係でカワハギのあら汁を食す時間が無くなってしまったのは痛恨の極みである。
次回博多に行った時はまた必ず行きます。
大変満足しました。

中洲川端商店街、櫛田神社直ぐ近くの立地。
今年は3月に続き2回目の訪問。
前回は事前の予約が取れず、飛び込み訪問になってしまったため、今回は予約開始になる1カ月前に予約しての訪問。
訪問当日は平日18:30予約。予約は開店から18:30の時間までしか取れないなで、要注意。
岩牡蠣、カワハギのお造り、呼子のイカ刺し、キンキの煮付け
岩牡蠣は他ではなかなかお目にかかれない特大サイズ。ミルキーな甘みがあり贅沢感を味わえる。
カワハギは肝は格別の美味しさだか、刺身も美味しく美味である。最後にアラを味噌汁でいただけるのも嬉しい。
呼子のイカは鮮度抜群で透き通っており、イカ本来の甘みと食感。醤油につけて食すとなんとも言えない。たまに時化で入荷が無いので、訪問当日は運が良かった。
この日のメインはキンキの煮付け。
脂がしっかり乗っており、口に入れると白身魚のサッパリ感と脂が合わさり超美味である。
芋焼酎好きの私にとっては、関東の居酒屋ではまず見かけない、村尾や優しい風味の天使の誘惑が破格の値段でいただける。

個室を予約していたため、プライベートの有意義な時間を豪華な海鮮で満たすことが出来た。
博多の海鮮では私にとっては最高峰のお店です。
店員さんの気配りも素晴らしい名店です。
