博多滞在2日目の夕食は、中央区西中洲の「博多ぼて」で、ふぐのコース。
宿泊先のオークラから、途中、中洲の屋台エリアを通過してお店まで歩く。
屋台が並ぶ風景をみて「博多に来たんだなぁ〜」と改めて実感。
さて「博多ぼて」では、\10,500のふくコースを注文。
それに単品で白子刺しを追加し、白子刺しは主人と分けて食べることにした。
こちらのお店では「ふぐ」ではなく、「ふく」という。
まずは突き出しの煮こごり。
ひとりに一皿ずつ提供されるふくさし。
遠慮することなく思う存分、食べられます
白子刺し。
白子刺しを食べるのは初めて。
濃厚なクリーミーさに虜になりました。
骨までしゃぶって食べた唐揚げ。
ふくちりにはふくのしゃぶしゃぶ付き。
最後はふくのだしが効いた雑炊。
本場博多のふくを初めて食べたが、ほんとうにおいしかった。
よくお相撲さんが、11月の九州場所が1番楽しいというが、
こんなにおいしいものがあるんだもん。同感。
おいしいふくを食べただけでも、博多に来たかいがあった。
