何度か利用させてもらっています。
いつもぼてコースを注文します。いくつかコースがありますが、ぼくの目当てはフグの白子のお刺身なので
(単品でも注文できますが)いつもそれにしてしまいます。
今となっては天然物、養殖物問わず年中フグが食べれるようになりましたが、身のしまった冬の天然のトラフグは
美味しいですよね。
こちらのお店は天然物だけを出しているお店で、料金もそれなりにしますが満足できると思います。
初めて伺った時に食べた白子のお刺身の美味しさは、今でも記憶に残っています。
甘くて、口の中で溶けていくようなあの味と食感がたまりません。
他にもお刺身、唐揚げ、鍋等、フルコースでフグが味わえます。
料理のボリュームも適量なので、女性の方でも問題なく召し上がれると思います。
フグと野菜の旨味が出たスープで作る雑炊は、最高です。いつもおかわりしてしまいます。
席はすべて個室になっていて、店長、仲居さんも感じがよく、ゆっくり食事ができます。
お店の立地もいいので、一度行かれる価値はあると思います。
