Food Our restaurant's ``Eel Seiromushi'' is a masterpiece packed with the flavor of eel.
``Eel Seiromushi'' is a dish invented and named by Yanagawaya. This is a must-try dish when you visit our store! A dipping sauce that incorporates the flavor of the eel is poured over the rice, and then the perfectly grilled kabayaki is placed on top and steamed. Please fully enjoy the fluffy and extremely soft texture of the eel and the deliciousness of the rice that is soaked in the flavor of the eel. The eel we use is domestically sourced from Miyazaki and Kagoshima prefectures in southern Kyushu.

In addition to steamed eel and kabayaki, you can also enjoy eel in a la carte dishes. The recommended dish is the ``eel hansuke skewer''. “Hansuke” refers to the head of an eel. Like yakitori, the hansuke is seasoned with a dipping sauce and Grilled skewer on a skewer. The sauce is rich in flavor from the eel. The crispy grilled hansuke has a fragrant flavor from the sauce, making it the perfect accompaniment to alcohol.Why not give it a try as a rest for your chopsticks or as an accompaniment to alcohol?
