福岡は餃子が名物と聞いたので老舗ぽいここに入ってみた。餃子以外にも居酒屋メニューが数多くありお客さんはどのテーブルもいろいろ頼んで盛り上がっていたが餃子だけ食べたかったので本当にそれだけを注文し水をもらい飲むという居酒屋の客としては最低ランクな振る舞い。

餃子は鉄鍋の名前通り鉄のフライパンのようなものに乗せられたまま登場。ジュージューと音を立てて小さめの餃子が並んでいる。シンプルにタレとラー油のみで頂くスタイル。
外の皮はわざと生の味わいを残しながらもカリカリに焼き上げてあるし中までぎゅっと具が詰まっておりなかなか美味しい。似た方向性の餃子は思いつかないが味はおおよそ見た目通り。とにかく美味しい。
餃子だけを食べて会計に向かうと席料もお通しもなく（実際お通しが出てこないためある訳がないのだが）餃子代のみで終了。これはコスパよし。福岡はどこも同じく笑顔の接客が心地良いしここは二軒目としても利用価値高そう。また次回も再訪決定。
