福岡で餃子と言えば、私が真っ先に名を挙げる１店が「鉄なべ」であります。
"鉄なべ"と言っても、こちらの鉄なべ(であい橋店)の系列は、他に中洲本店のみであります。
今回は取り引き先との一足早い忘年会の流れで寄りました(^^)
"焼き餃子"はマスト、相変わらず手包みの形が美しい。鉄の鍋で出される熱々の餃子はなかなか温度が下がりません。※火傷に注意ｗｗｗ
やはり、焼き餃子は皮が厚く、食べ応えがあり、白ご飯が進むかのようです。
つけダレも濃ゆ目で、合わせると更に餃子の味わいが増します。
これはこれで、酒好きな方には酒が進みそうです。
他には、水餃子や味噌汁も。
今日の味噌汁は濃いすぎましたｗｗｗ
改めて〜"博多の餃子に鉄なべあり"、"博多Ｂ級グルメの逸品"
を感じました(^^)
