The owner goes to markets every day, such as Nagahama Market and Yanagibashi Rengo Market, and purchases the best ingredients of the day with his own eyes. Enjoy dishes made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients. In the Kaiseki course with two soups and eight dishes, you can fully enjoy natural fresh fish mainly from Kyushu, seasonal vegetables, and more. ~Shop owner background~ Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1965. ``I've loved cooking ever since I was little,'' and began training at Cuisine Ryokan and Auberge in Ureshino Onsen, Saga Prefecture. After that, he continued his training at Japanese Cuisine restaurants such as Umiyuki in Fukuoka and the All Nippon Airways Japanese-style meal in Hakata, and at the age of 30 became the head chef at Hatchoe in Nishinakasu, Fukuoka. After working there for 10 years, at the age of 40 he opened his own shop [Ishida] in Nakasu and became independent.

We offer a selection of sake from local Fukuoka breweries as well as from all over the country. We offer a wide variety of Junmai sake, Ginjo sake, and more to complement our seasonal dishes. There are monthly recommendations, and you can also enjoy seasonal sake such as new sake, spring squeezed sake, and summer sake. We can also prepare it upon your request.
