仕事の接待で旬のコース料理を検索していて見つけました。
中洲にある日本料理のお店。
ふぐを使ったコースもあるとのことで、この前行ってきました＾＾
平日の夜に予約をしてからお店へ。
お店はビルになっていて、今回は２階の個室席に通していただきました。
１階はカウンターの調理場に面したテーブル席になっています。
今回は今が旬のふぐコースを注文。
メインのお鍋の前には小鉢や新鮮なお刺身の盛り合わせもいただき、器や盛り付けの美しさも見事でした＾＾
揚げ物や蒸し物も先方に満足してもらえて良かったです。
お待ちかねのふぐ鍋も身が詰まっていて美味＾＾
個室の雰囲気も良く、仕事での利用にもいいお店でした＾＾
また必ずお邪魔したいと思います＾＾
