Usukuchi oden is the signature dish. Established in 1952 at the Hamacho main store in Nagasaki City, the taste that has been passed down for over 60 years can now be enjoyed at the [Hakushika Nakasu store]. All kamaboko are handmade and have a simple taste.

We serve fresh seasonal fish caught in the Genkai Sea in sashimi and grilled dishes. What is rare is dried flying fish. You can also enjoy whale sashimi and Hatoshi, Nagasaki's specialty dish of minced shrimp sandwiched between bread.

...den,'' has been handed down at the main store for over 60 years. We carefully select the ingredients to create transparent and light oden soup stock. The soup stock is made with grilled flying fish from Hirado, Nagasaki, dried scallops from Aomori, bonito flakes from Makurazaki, Kagoshima, and kelp from Rishiri, Hokkaido, and is light yet rich.
