天草大王の炭香親子丼 900JPY
温めた出汁の上に炭火焼き鶏を置いてから 少し温め、炭火焼き鶏をひっくり返してから更に温めて、卵で綴じられてます
作業工程を見た事有りますが、鶏をひっくり返してるのを見るのは初めてです
流石、おフランスの方々(かどうか知らない)が認めたお店ですね
注文してから15分、配膳された親子丼、頂きますm(_ _)m
季節の小鉢は 胡麻豆腐&ゼンマイ?ワラビ?海苔と木の芽が良い風味を演出してます
赤出汁も意外と辛味が少なく 飲みやすく、親子丼の淡い卵とじ と 炭火の香ばしさが加わった丼はとても美味で、出汁が多すぎないから ご飯もベチャってません
写真には微かに(親子丼 匙ですくってるトコ&小鉢んトコ)しか写ってませんが、一味みたいなモノが一緒に運ばれたので ソレを少量使うと より美味しゅうございました(๑´ڡ`๑)
デザートは葡萄&林檎、全て美味しゅうございましたm(_ _)m
