This is my first visit to a Japanese-style meal restaurant that has a lot of reviews. I made a reservation for Tabelog, but I could only choose the course. Actually, I would have preferred ordering a la carte. For other reservations, it is possible to reserve only seats. However, the content of the course was good enough that I thought it was good at all. The restaurant is elaborate and, as the restaurant's name suggests, has a creative Japanese menu that focuses on the ``season'' and is delicious. Thank you for the meal. [Course contents] ¥8000 including tax ○ Appetizers - Deep-fried scallops, asparagus, fresh onion sauce ○ Assorted appetizers - Salt-grilled shrimp, steamed Oyster boat kelp, horse mackerel sushi, boiled Sushi, bamboo shoots and squid sprouts ○Suimono - Clams ○ Sashimi ・Yokohama tuna, amberjack, flounder ○ Fried food ・Fried flounder with fried shiitake mushroom shrimp paste, mustard lotus root, butterbur, rape blossoms (forgot to take a picture) ○ Simmered dish ・Sea bream topped with Kujo green onion New potato chips ○Charcoal-grilled Amakusa Daio Grilled ○Teme bowl ・Miso soup ○Takikomi rice ・Wild vegetable rice ○Dessert ・Seasonal fruits and homemade Sweets
