豚骨ラーメンの概念が変わったお店です。
全く臭みもなく、すっきりとしつつもしっかりとしたコクがある豚骨スープがとても美味しいです。
カタメの麺も小麦粉感のある嫌な感じは全くなくとても歯応えがいいです。
