福岡飯旅1軒目！
到着が遅く、行きたかった店が軒並みやって無かったので、前から店舗の方に行ってみたかったので足を伸ばしてこちらへ！
こちらは中洲にある店舗型の「やまちゃん」！
串とおでんを中心にオーダー！
串はやっぱり九州と言えばズリ！
砂肝なんですが、安定感のある旨さ！
良い歯応えで最高
つくねはふわっとしてて普段食べるつくねとはちょっと違う感触！
バラなど豚も良い！！
おでんは沁みてて最高！
結構優しめのお出汁で、特にネギしょうが天が福岡っぽくて良かった！(？)
そして〆の長浜ラーメン
お腹キツかったけど欲望には勝てず注文！
もちろんバリカタで！
屋台の方食べたことあるんですが大きくは変わらず、臭みの少ない優しめの豚骨！
細麺にスープがよく絡んで旨い
コッテリじゃなくてあっさりな豚骨が良い
脂感は結構ありますが飲み干せるスープ最高！！
バリカタの粉感の強い麺も
店内はかなり混雑してて活気があり中洲の喧騒を感じられ良い一食目でした！
