今回は時間がない急ぎのランチ、かつ丼の看板が目にとまりふらっと入店。
忙しい時にはいいメニューですよね〜かつ丼(^-^)
カウンターに座って、メニューはかつ丼、サイズは並・大・特、お値段均一！並一丁！
10分もせず着丼、見ためは茶色、味濃ゆそ！？
いやいや、思ったより優しめでバランスのとれたかつ丼でした。
カツは揚げ置き？っぽいが、衣も肉もちょうどいい厚み、分厚いのが苦手な自分にはしつこく無くていい感じ。タレの色が濃ゆめですが、甘すぎず、辛くもなく、出汁も香っていい感じ。細切りの玉ねぎがまたいい感じの飴色で旨(^^)。とじ卵は少なめ。
全ての具材が主張せず、これぞ絶妙なバランスといったところです。
夜の居酒屋メインのお店ですが、そば屋のかつ丼は旨い！と言うように、居酒屋のかつ丼も旨いっ！と言えるお店でした。
ごちそうさまでした。
