一度、夜に訪問した事があり魚が美味しかったお店…
今回ランチでカツ丼を始めたようで訪問してみます！
店内はカウンター6席と奥に個室が数卓ほどの広さ。
それではカウンターに座り…お目当ての品を注文！
◾️カツ丼 大(900円)
ご飯は並250g、大300g、特大400gで同一料金！
待つこと10分ほどで…カツ丼が完成です！
パッと見は濃いめの色ですが和風のあっさり出汁…
出汁はほんのり甘めで、ホッとするような味付け。
カツは食感ぶりんぶりんの豚肉で食べ応えアリ！
下味がちゃんと付いててほんのり胡椒の風味です！
ご飯とカツの間にあるアメ色玉ねぎが良い感じ…
それと玉子も半熟トロトロで全体を包み込みます！
具材はシンプルながら、うまうまな一品…
魚以外にカツ丼まで旨いとは…恐るべし！
新たな一面を知れました！ごちそうさまー！！
