１１年ほど前までは良く中洲には出かけており川端通り商店街で「鷹勝」の看板は横目でよく見ていながらお邪魔することはありませんでした。今回、その頃、何度かご一緒した先輩と同僚３人で久々に食事をすることになり先輩の図らいで明治通りから昭和通りに抜ける所にある新しいこちらへ。川端通りの店鋪は団体様専用とか。既にコースで用意されておりました。お通しからお造りに始まってくじら、テール炙り等々に最後は追加で握り５種と鉄火巻のフルコースでしたが、まぁ間違いなく美味です。生ビールから竹鶴、余市のハイボールで堪能させて頂きました。きれいなお店で美味しい料理を頂き幸せなひとときでした。
