初訪問の西中洲フレンチ
『L'eau Blanche ローブランシュ』さんへ
山口県下関市にある
有名イノベーティブフレンチ『高津』の
高津シェフに紹介してもらいやってきました。
西中洲の川沿いにあるとても爽やかな店内と
川沿いの景色が開放感ある雰囲気。
こんなにもクラシックなフレンチをアレンジした
楽しい皿の数々を堪能する事ができるなんて。
という素晴らしいお店でした‼︎‼︎
前菜のホワイトアスパラの皿は
大好きなタイ風なエッセンスを感じて
キャビアって結構 アクセントで使っても
負けるというか消えると感じる事多々あるんですが
キャビアの塩味 旨みがそれぞれを引き立たせて
しっかり感じた皿だったので美味しさに興奮しました。笑
スペシャリテのブータンノワールならぬ
ブータンヴィオレ は見た目も色鮮やかで
抜群に美味しかったし、
イカを使った皿が、まさか
イカのサルシッチャで出てくるなんて
ワクワクが止まりませんでした‼︎‼︎
魚のメイン皿は南フランスの世界観を感じながら
肉のメインはココナッツのエッセンスが加えられてたり
個人的に本当に大好きな組み合わせが多いコースでした。
必ずまた行こうと思います‼︎‼︎
