Of course we are particular about the meat! We use Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kyushu. We also have popular red meat. The parts we procure change depending on the time, so you might be able to find a variety of flavors each time you visit. We also have Kagoshima young chicken, Satsuma Chiran chicken, miso-yaki deer pork, and more. In addition, there are three types of ``Meatyaki Assortment'' where you can enjoy meat and offal at a great value. You can also order your favorite platter, so please feel free to ask our staff!

The most important thing is sake. We have over 10 types of sake selected from all over the country, mainly local sake from Kyushu.
