The store name ``Bev'' means ``cow'' in the Kagoshima dialect. At our restaurant, you can fully enjoy Steak and Hamburg made with Japan's best black beef. Because we are affiliated with JA, we are able to provide high quality meat at affordable prices. The lightly grilled, rare meat will be delivered to your table on a piping hot extra-thick iron plate, so please enjoy it to your preference. You can enjoy the deliciousness that will make you say, ``Bebunnika, wazee ummakado.''

Chef Hirotaka Motoyama is in charge of the kitchen. After training at a famous French cuisine restaurant in Fukuoka, I worked for many years at French cuisine & Wine Bar in Nakasu. Using the knowledge and skills we have acquired, we offer French cuisine small plates that go well with the finest Steak and wine. We have about 30 items available at any given time, so we recommend them as a rest for your meat or as an accompaniment to a delicious drink. Please feel free to use it on days when you want to have a drink after work.

We offer seven types of lunches, including beef hotpot bowls and Steak made with black beef. For Hamburg, we used A5 rank black beef that was left over when forming Steak. Please enjoy our luxurious Hamburg. ``Kagoshima Black Beef Lemon Steak'' is our very popular signature dish, served with white rice. When the iron plate is brought in front of the customer, the staff finishes it off with sauce on the spot. Enjoy the live feeling of the sizzling sound and the fragrant scent that spreads around you.
