I made a plan for the Hakata expedition and visited the long-awaited sushi restaurant. It's one of those restaurant that I wanted to see that fun and warm smile on Instagram and experience this vibe. There is no such thing as lunch nigiri, so the content is the same course day and night. It used to be a full referral system, but now it is open to the public and lunch can be booked at tablecheck. Enter the building along the Naka River with a good view and take the elevator up. Counter seats with a view of Nakasu from the exquisite height of the 3rd floor. A wonderful night view awaits you at night. On this day, it was an irresistible course for drinkers, starting with baby kelp, untan with soybeans and salmon roe, and alternating nigiri and cooking. The dishes that alternate with nigiri are more like Japanese Cuisine than the picking of a sushi restaurant, and the details such as the dishes and presentation are gorgeous. I also liked the fact that it was completely Japanese-style meal-based, rather than the Japanese-Western fusion that is close to Western Cuisine, which is increasing in sushi restaurants these days. And the place where it was a slender chopstick was a strike. This is very important. It was the first time for me to use a combination of tuna and green chili peppers, but I learned that it was surprisingly perfect as an accent because it was not so spicy that it lingered on the tongue. For example, Otoro may be more suitable for green chili peppers than for wild flowers. At the end, matcha came out and I was very satisfied. Above all, I was really glad to meet Mr. Tagami, who had a warm atmosphere. His warm personality is well displayed in the store. Needless to say, it was delicious, and we had a very nice time. It was a feast.
