本店が予約できず、キャナル前店にお邪魔しました。
外観はビル2階！店内は和モダンでおしゃれな空間です♡スタッフから丁寧に案内されます〜着席するとコース内容の確認をしてドリンクは単品でお願いしました。
お目当てのもつ鍋はどちらにしようか迷いましたが、やっぱり「秘伝味噌味」で注文しました。
まずは、呼子イカの活造りから！まだ動いています〜透き通った身はプリプリ♡食感良くて美味しいです。こんな新鮮な状態で滅多に食べれないので、皆々が感動しておりました！そして美味しい「イカ焼売」に宮崎「チキン南蛮」と九州郷土料理を堪能した後に、待望のもつ鍋の登場です。
もつ鍋は2回目なんですが、やはり何度食べても美味しい！評判通り！臭みなんて全くなく、トロける美味しい「秘伝味噌もつ鍋」でした☆一緒に煮込まれたお野菜が絶品！キャベツ、ニラ、ゴボウ、こんにゃく、豆腐が入っていました。
お鍋の〆は、チーズリゾットにして最後の最後まで美味しかった！九州博多の名物を色々と食べたい方はオススメです！もつ鍋目当ての方にも超オススメ！接客もとても丁寧で感じ良かったです。また来た際に立ち寄りたいと思います。
