For the sushi, we use delicious fresh fish from all over the country that we go to the Nagahama Fish Market every day to purchase. In addition, we are very particular about the selection of sushi rice and soy sauce. The sushi rice is made with a combination of rice that changes its composition depending on the season and a unique blend of red vinegar, and you can fully experience the unique flavor and sourness of red vinegar. The sweet homemade soy sauce that goes well with our nigiri brings out the flavor of the ingredients even more. Please enjoy to your heart's content the proud consistency of each item that is handmade without relying on ready-made items.

The menu will be a one-shot competition for the selection Course (22,000 yen, drinks included), which will start all at once from 6 p.m. The menu consists of 18 to 20 dishes, including nigiri, chawanmushi, grilled dishes, and soba noodles to finish the meal. The owner, who has experience cooking Japanese-style meal, is particular about using different soup stock depending on the item being served. The beauty of the dishes, which change depending on the food and season, is also a must-see. We accept changes in ingredients due to allergies, so please feel free to let us know when making your reservation.

There are always around 10 types of alcohol included in the course, including whisky, fruit wine, and Japanese sake. In particular, we have a wide selection of sake, from standard to rare, seasonal brands. Be sure to try the higher-grade soft drinks, such as Yame tea and juices made with domestic fruits. Champagne, perfect for special occasions, can be prepared for an additional fee. How about indulging your body and soul as you drink the delicious sake poured into a glass of the size that suits your taste?

The counter is made of a single piece of plain wood and has 8 seats.
