前回来店から１週間ほど…再び博多出張があり、全国でコロナ感染が増加する中、我慢できずに短時間勝負。いつも通り生ビールを一杯頼み、喉を潤しながら注文に入る。先ずは、シソが乗った冷奴と刺し盛りを注文し、秒殺で飲み干したビールの後は日本酒。通い慣れたので店員さんに聞かれる「今日は何杯いきます？」少し考えて左手の親指を折って伝えた。こうするだけで日本酒が前菜からデザートの様に姿と味を変えて出てくる。一番のお気に入りは九州の甘い醤油と抜群に相性が良い『ポルチーニ』刺し盛りは1人前をキレイに盛ってくれた。予定通りの量の日本酒を飲み、〆には玉子焼きを頂いた。その時ふと昔頂いた『竹泉の古酒』の事を思い出した。店員さんが奥の隠し場所から出してきたっけな（笑）やっぱりここはやめられない
俺の隠れ家…旨いサバとイケメン利き酒師
今では中洲に入る関所の様に俺の足を止める店となった。とても良い雰囲気の店周り、お店の中も古民家風で大衆的な感じで敷居が高くなく、スーッと馴染んでしまう。と言うのもちょっと口下手な店長とかなり日本酒通のイケメン利き酒師のおかげ。１人静かに飲みに行っても話ができ、仲間と飲みに行っても良し。この日もキレイに盛り付けてくれる刺し盛りには、ボリューム・値段・味も最高で、連れていく仲間に鼻が高い！直前まで店内の水槽で泳いでいた養殖サバなので安心。アジも同じく旨い。この日は大きなアラカブをから揚げにしてくれたのも、利き酒師の戦略か…日本酒５合じゃ全然足りなくて（笑）

久々の福岡出張…こんなご時世だから迷ったあげく、短時間でもいいからサバと日本酒を堪能したくなって来店。話を聞くと、新型コロナの影響で自粛期間中は時短営業や休業をしながら営業していたとのこと。
いつも通り生ビールで喉の渇きを癒しながら、メニューを見ていると『お刺身、やってますから』とそっと言ってくれる。こちらが注文するものは心得てくれていて、なんだかほっこりしてしまう
相変わらず見事な青魚（サバとアジ）の刺身。他のものも注文できるように、1人前を程よく守ってくれている。当然、日本酒でしょ！だいたいいつも５杯を目安にしているので、男前の日本酒ソムリエにお任せ。温かいものも欲しくなり、玉子焼き（サイズが大小あります）と餃子を頼み、日本酒の勢いが加速されそう。しかし自粛期間中でもあり、いつもより１杯だけ少なくして退店。
いつ来ても、我が家の様に迎えてくれるこの店は、絶対コロナにも負けずにいられると思った夜でした。
