以前に会社の飲み会でコースをいただいたことはありましたが、今回はアラカルトで。
ゴマサバは新鮮。五島のサバだそうです。
おすすめに生牡蠣があったので、迷わずオーダー。
想像よりかなり大きく、ぷりっぷりでした！
定番の名物サザエパンは外せない。
カマスの塩焼きも脂が乗っていて、しっとり美味しい。
砂ずりの炭火焼きを挟んで、金目鯛の煮付けを。
やさしい味付けで、日本酒にも抜群に合います。
料理もお酒も最高でした。
禁煙なら言うことなし、かな。
