今回は福岡市中央区西中洲3-2 にあります。
西中州 なか尾さんへ。県外の友人を連れて食事を。
お店へ入店するとイケスがお出迎え！！ 活イカが泳いでますねー(^^♪ ウマソーｗ
店内はカウンター席と座敷にテーブル席（個室）。２Ｆも有りそうですね。
とりあえず生ビールで乾杯！！
事前に注文は8000円（料理のみ）コースを頼んでいきましたが、活イカは含まれていないので、別注文。
※前菜はレンコンのムース仕立て。
※刺身は本マグロ、イカを含む5種盛りで鮮度もいいですね(#^^#)
※その後に胡麻サバ。活イカは喜んでましたね(*'ω'*) さすがに。
※明太子の茶わん蒸し、
※魚料理でカマスの炙り、皮つきヤングコーン、枝豆。カマスはふっくらしていて旬のヤングコーンも髭の所も柔らかく甘みも有りました。
※鶏の水炊き風？だったかな。九条ネギたっぷりです。
※ポークのサラダ仕立てみたいな、玉ねぎ、茗荷、カイワレ等でサッパリに。
※押し寿司、※にゅう麺、少し塩分多めでした、個人的に。※デザート
