カウンターからは中洲、テーブル席からは天神の夜景が楽しめます。
店内も木の温もりが感じられるシックで居心地のよい雰囲気、私好み♪
食前酒にスプモーニとイタリアはアブルッツォ州の白ワインカサレッセ。
料理はリーズナブルで魅力的なコース料理もあるけれど、本日はアラカルトで。

ワインはトスカーナの赤フォルムレ、軽めでフルーティそれでいてしっかりした味と風味で飲みやすい！
ブルスケッタはアンチョビではなく真いわしの自家製オイルサーディンでアンチョビ風とのこと。
アンチョビより塩分控えめで健康にはよさそう、私的にはアンチョビが好み。
ソフトシェルクラブのフリットは柔らか香ばしくて塩加減絶妙でビールのつまみによさそ～！
ビソシワーズもクリーミー♪
お目当てのブイヤベースはやや薄味ながらも魚介の旨みたっぷりで大満足。
その後テーブルのそばで残りのスープを使ってリゾットを調理してくれます。
リゾットにすると一段と味が引き締まっておいしさＵＰ。
メインはまたしても大好物イベリコ豚のグリエ、もちろんこちらも美味しい！！
雰囲気も素敵で料理も文句なしの美味しさ、そのうえこれで一人５０００円ちょっととリーズナブル。
