ひつまぶしは名古屋の名物料理である。一見すると具の多いうな丼・うな重だが、さらにお椀に分けて出汁をかけて食べる。
あんざのひつまぶしの特徴は、うなぎだけではなく、地鶏・鮭・鯛・ウニ・イクラなど、魚介系から肉類まで種類が豊富な点だ。オススメは福岡名物の明太子。
まずは出汁をかけずにそのまま食べ、次は出汁をかけて食べる。三回目以降は好きな食べ方でかまわない。ご飯がなくなったら、スープ代わりに出汁を飲んでもOK。
