母から聞いていたお店で、ずっと行ってみたいと思っていてようやく伺うことができました(^^)
1991年からされている老舗です☆
今回は個室を使用してゆったりディナーを楽しみました♪（個室代は別途3000円でした）
フォンタナコース11000円をいただきましたが、品数も多く、天神の夜で11000円はかなりコスパが良い方なのかなと思いました(o^^o)
独特な味付けというよりは、シンプルで定番なものが多く、親しみやすい味でした♡
この日いただいたコースの内容は以下です♪
〈フィンガーフード〉
・博多一番鶏・甘夏を詰めた最中
・枝豆のキッシュ
・フランス産の生ハムとニョッコフリット
〈グリッシーニ〉
・プレーン
・竹炭を練り込んだもの
〈カプレーゼ〉
フォンタナの看板メニューです☆
イタリアモッツァレラチーズにバジル、粗めのお塩、オリーブオイルを上に添えてあり、糸島産の甘いトマト、白ワインのゼリーに桃が入っていて、合わせていただきます！
〈カルパッチョ〉
長崎県産の真鯛のカルパッチョで、ライムとバジルを使った酸味のあるソースでいただきます☆
〈パン〉
大分国東のオリーブオイル、大根の葉のペーストを付けながらいただきます(^^)
〈宗像のアナゴのフリット〉
人参のマリネ、白ゴーヤのピクルス、水前寺菜が添えられており、一緒にいただきます☆
〈お魚料理：イサキ〉
ピーマン、豆豉を使ったズッパディペッシェ
〈パスタ〉
自家製タリオリーニを使った毛蟹とフレッシュトマトのオイルパスタ

低温でゆっくり焼いて最後炭火焼きに。
赤ワインのソース、二色のパプリカのペペロナータ、カボチャのペーストソースを添えて。

お米を使ったアイスクリーム、朝倉でとれたシャインマスカット、お米のポンポン菓子、ほうじ茶のクランブルで構成されています。
