福岡遠征。
夜の21時30分に電話を入れたら空いてるとのことで訪問。
1時間前に電話したときは空いてなかったのでラッキーです。
さっそく訪問致しますと店の佇まいが良い雰囲気を出してます。福岡も夜になれば流石に少しは涼しく良い風が吹いてる中で
お店は小上がりと半個室のテーブル席。
ベンチシートの半個室に案内されます。
まずは生ビールを飲みながら、メニュー拝見。
お通しは大根鬼おろしと豆腐。
夜も遅いので食べ物はほどほどに・・・、でも焼鳥メニューはやはり美味しそうです。
変わった串も美味しそうなので串盛り６本をオーダー。
福岡県産野菜サラダを食べつつ串を待ちます。
テーブルでチーズをたっぷり掛けて頂きまして、美味しいサラダでした。
そこへ、一種類ずつ運ばれて来ます。一度に６本が供されるよりも食べ終わりを見つつ提供頂けるのは温かい串が食べれて嬉しいところです。
・松介特製ねり
形が少し独特。鶏肉をしっかり味わえるつくね。ボリューミー。
・博多とろ玉
網脂で玉子が巻いてあります。箸を入れるとトロっと黄身が流れ出す。どうやって焼いたの？
・モッツアレラチーズトマト巻き
こう言うのはミニトマトが多い中で、普通のトマトの1/4が網脂で巻いてある。トマト汁が滅茶熱い。ジュノベーゼソースが美味しい。間違いないイタリアンの組み合わせですね。
・和牛ロース串
これは鉄板の牛串。ロースなので脂ほどほどで美味しい。
・カマンベール串
蜂蜜とクラッカー付き。カマンベールチーズがトロトロ。蜂蜜はもう少し濃厚だともっと良かったかな。
・真鯛串
皮目がパリッと焼いてあり、身はホクホク。アンチョビバターソースが鯛に良く合ってますね。これは、美味しい。
一串一串がボリューミーなので、6本でそこそこ腹いっぱい。普通の焼鳥も食べたかったが辿り着けず。
