今回は、福岡博多にある”串焼 博多 松介 （まつすけ）”に行ってまいりました。
こちらは博多の地元の方に紹介され絶賛された、創作串と美味しい日本酒・ワインを堪能でき、串焼きも美味しく、鮮魚も美味しいお店です。
中に入れば、カウンター席であればスタッフへのオーダーもしやすい中で、しっとり酒と食事を楽しむことができ、とても落ち着いた素敵な店内でした。
本日のおすすめメニューあり、またお酒のラインナップも豊富であり、日本酒・ワインも幅広くそろっているため、串焼きと合わせて楽しむことができます。
特に松介名物と呼ばれる串焼きは絶品でした。
名物の《特製塩つくね》松介特製ねり（つくね）は、数種類のミンチ肉を精魂込めて練り合わせた松介こだわりの塩つくねで、その味の濃さに旨味に、肉の厚みが絶品で最高でした。
博多とろ玉の甘味も、モッツァレラのトマト巻～ジェノベーゼソース～の旨味も酸味も、すべてのバランスが絶妙で、とにかく絶品で最高でした。
日本酒の種類も幅広く、逸品で、これが串のテイストによく合い、とても最高でした。
また、居心地のよい空間づくりも素晴らしく、何度でも通いたいほど最高のお店でした。
